1. Take this at your own pace. Some of this info will be familiar to you, some won't. Focus on the areas that you need to work on. The assignments at the end of the E-Books will guide you through simple steps each week.
2. Listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, back off. This is about experimenting and discovering what works for you.
3. Have fun! This is not nutritional boot camp. The idea is to make these healthy habits tasty and enjoyable so that you can easily integrate them into your life in a sustainable way.

Step 3. ASSIGNMENTS. Assignments are located at the end of each E-Book. Each week will come with a set of assignments that are designed to guide you through the program. You can push yourself as much or as little as you want throughout this program. But remember, what you put into it is what you’re going to get out of it!
